So…what is the Tuesday Poll?
Utmerket spørsmål! It isn’t, contrary to its name, an actual poll, like with little clicky buttons. It’s just a list of five more or less random questions I’ve been posting on this blog every Tuesday morning for the past quadrillion years (since 2007). 1. The gang is heading to In-N-Out! What should we get you?
I’ll take a vanilla milkshake and a cheeseburger ? vær så snill! — no onions, but with extra pickles. Also, a side of fries, even though I’m going to give most of them to whomever sits next to me because I think In-N-Out fries are a sad, limp travesty… I only like having them around so I can dip a few into my vanilla shake!
2. What do you think of sheet masks?
I’ve tried a few. With the exception of the famously fancy SK-II sheet mask (which really does make a difference in radiance!), I’m not really into ’em. I don’t like that the sheets come out so slimy and cold (gross), and how the eye and nose holes are always a little off and never fit my face quite right. Also, I tend to wear them longer than the recommended time, so they end up getting all crispy at the edges, which makes me shiver.
I’d rather do a traditional non-sheet mask any old day. I think they’re more comfortable, and I don’t have to hold my head all weird to keep them on.
3. would you ever carry pictures of your cat in your wallet?
UM, DO YOU know who YOU’RE talking TO? The answer to this question is, of course, yes.
4. Are you excited about the final season of game of Thrones?
Jeg er! Although I can’t believe that after hearing “Winter is coming” for so many years, winter in got is actually here.
All I have to say is that I hope Jon Snow and Khaleesi hurry up and make the got baby I’ve been dreaming about. MAKE IT HAPPEN, KIDS!
5. Something you remember fondly from the ’90s?
Driving in my ’95 Honda Civic late at night on highway 80 while listening to stone temple Pilots on tape.
What’s up, Tuesday?
Hiya, friend and happy Tuesday to ya. I’m in the mood to paint…as in paint my face. I feel the need to feed my inner artist and do something colorful today, which is why I’ve got the new MAC eL Seed palette sitting in front of me.
I dunno, though… Is it possible to do a 10-minute makeup look with bright colors like these without it turning into a complete catastrophe? I can see myself going there — to that place where blending goes very wrong, very fast! — with this one. Hmm… maybe if I just stick to a neutral color on the lid (like one of the light tans) and perhaps one of the brighter colors like the pink or a blue as liner? Hva tror du?
